  1. Oooo, you got some great books listed for January! A Wanton's Thief was really good. Been awhile since I read it but i know i really liked it. There is a third one that hadn't come out yet in that series. I wonder if its out now? I should look :).
Another Macgregor book! And Melissa Mayhue. I really hope you like her books. I've very much enjoyed them.

  2. A Wanton's Thief was one of the Pbks I bought from EC. I'm really looking forward to reading her since she's from my hometown. I'm not sure if the third one is out, but I know the second one is available in pbk now.

Yep, I'm almost done with the MacGregor books. Well that series at least. I'm debating whether to read the Lords of Avalon series or not.

  3. I looked and there is no sign of the third book coming out in that series :(. It's been so long since i read them. Probably about 3 years. I did see A Wanton's Thief on clearance. Almost got it but I have the ebooks, so that seemed kinda foolish on my part, you know?

And the Lords of Avalon books were just eh for me. I liked the first one but something was off with the second.

  5. They're more or less fantasy with her little spin on Arthurian legend. I'd read the first one. It was good! The second one, from what I can remember, just didn't have that romantic feel to it.

  7. Anna, I'm so happy that you are loving LK's Wallflower series! I can't wait for you to read Devil In Winter. For most that is their favorite, ut like I told you Scandal In Spring is mine :)

  9. Hi Anna and all!

Amy, so glad you enjoyed A Wanton's Thief. Thank you for your kind comment. :) Anna, can't wait to hear your thoughts on it. Yep, the second in the Robin Hood series, A Gypsy's Thief, is currently out in paperback too, and the third one I'm writing as we speak. It's Lorana's story and will have cameo appearances by the characters in books 1 & 2. By the way, big thanks for including me in your Authors To Read section. I'm humbled and thrilled. :))

Hope everyone had a great holiday season. Happy 2009!

  11. Woot!! Thanks, Titania. I am so gald to hear you're writing the third one now. You know, I think i may have sent you an email or a message on myspace when I read the first two inquiring about the third book. It's been awhile though. But I am so glad to hear it may not be too far off then for the third one! Oh, I think I'm going to have to upload them back in my reader and read them again! I am doing a reread challenge this year, so I think I'll add them!

  12. Thanks, Anna! Very glad to stop by and chat. Amy, I hope you enjoy them just as much the second time as you did the first. I do recall your Myspace message, and I think since then I've had some other projects that had to be put ahead of the 3rd Thieves & Lovers, but I've got it back on the top of my to-finish list now. :) Thanks again for your interest, gals. Have a great upcoming week!
