Sigh...I'mthe worst, I haven't even heard of this series. But I do agree, the cover isn't very attractive.

I read the first book, after my cousin Misty recommended it, but I barely got through it :(. I think after going from Anne Rice's Vampires and the mysteriousness of them, and going right to LKH's Vampire world and them being part of society, was strange to me. I think that was really my biggest problem with it.
