This month I read 5 more books than I usually do, I'm impressed my brain is still is all there. But a few of them were novellas and books on cd so they were a breeze to get through. I don't think I get this many in May. :)

Is the Julia Quinn books each full length with the 2nd epilogue?

  6. Great list! I've read some of them, and some are on my TBR list. I'll have to get some more Julia Quinn...

James Patterson is new-to-me, what kind of books does he write?

  7. Wow, you really made your way through the Bridgerton's! I haven't read "It's in His Kiss" yet, I don't want to finish the series yet, I love it too much! I want it to last! LOL!

Only 4 stars for Pride and Prejudice? It's one of my favorites, the perfect novel!

  8. Thanks guys!

    AmyC...
Julia Quinn books are full length. But the 2nd Epilogues are ebooks that can be purchased through Amazon and I believe Harper Collins. They are about 30 pages or so.

    EveS...
Mostly James Patterson writes Mystery and Suspense. But the series I read is Young Adult Fantasy.

    Julie...
I didn't want to read them so fast, but they were just too good. I have one left to read. On the Way to the Wedding.

Pride and Prejudice was good and loved it. But it's one of those times where I love the movie alot more.

  9. Twenty-seven books? That's awesome.

    I read SIX. Woohoooo! ;p

You've piqued my curiosity with the James Patterson books. Can you give me some insight on that series and why you rated them 5 stars?

  10. Hi Christine....

The James Patterson series I'm read is Maximum Ride. It's a Young Adult series. It's about Max and her group of friends. They have been through on lot. Scientists have spliced the kids DNA with Avian DNA. So, they have wings and other abilities. They are constantly on the run from Scientist or some other threat.

From book one the story draws you in. The books are really hard to put down. I don't think I've been captivated by a YA series since Harry Potter and Twilight.

I'm sure there are readers out there that totally hated the books. But I loved them thats why I gave them 5 Stars. Sadly I've read all the ones that are available, so I'll have to wait for the next one to come out.
