Book Description:
Mackayla Lane's ordinary life underwent a complete makeover when she landed on Ireland's shores and was plunged into a dark, deadly realm unlike any she ever imagined. In her fight to stay alive, Mac must find the Sinsar Dubh—a million-year old book of the blackest magic imaginable that holds the key to power over both the worlds of Fae and Man. Pursued by Fae assassins, surrounded by mysterious figures she knows she cannot trust, Mac finds herself torn between two deadly and irresistible men: V'lane, the insatiable Fae, who can turn sensual arousal into an obsession for any woman; and the ever-inscrutable Jericho Barrons, a man as alluring as he is mysterious.
For centuries, the shadowy realm of the Fae has coexisted with that of humans. Now the walls between the two are coming down, and Mac is the only thing that stands between them...
I won this book over at There's No Such Thing As Too Many Books. Thanks Blanche!

My friend Lisa looooves Moning's series. I'll have to read it one day. ;D
ReplyDeleteI featured you in my Follow Friday post today :)
I just finished Darkfever. I liked it. And I'll read the next one, but it wasn't super great for me. It was definitely interesting.
ReplyDeleteThanks Brooke, I'll check it out.
ReplyDeleteAmyC, I'm glad you liked it. :)
Nice selection of books Anna. I've not heard of anyone not liking the Moning series yet!

Thanks Michelle, Hope you have a good weekend too. :)
ReplyDeleteI've only read the first book in Moning's Fae series (ducks). I just never bought the second one, so I fell behind in the series. But it wasn't because I didn't love it-- I did!-- and I do plan on buying the rest of them ASAP to read. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Last Mermaid sounds like it should be good... *SIGH* Yet another one to go on my list! ;)
Enjoy your weekend!

Oooh Shana Abe's cover is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading, Anna!
I am really liking that last one :D
ReplyDeleteBut all sure sounds great
I have Shana Abe's The Last Mermaid on my TBR pile! I love Abe's writing style. Her Drakon series is very popular and I do love it dearly, but I've also read Intimate Enemies by her and absolutely loved it as well. I still think about it now and then and I read it almost three years ago.
ReplyDeleteSounds good - nice choices in books! The first sounds like a read I would enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI have the first in KMM's series so I'm definitley looking forward to starting it.
ReplyDeleteThe other two books sound really good! I had to add them =)
