[ARC Review] - Legend of the White Wolf

Title: Legend of the White Wolf
Author: Terry Spear
Series: Werewolf
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Release Date: February 1, 2010

I received this book for review from Sourcebooks.

Summary: HIS WILD SIDE COMES OUT WITH A VENGEANCE...

Detective Cameron MacPherson joins forces with lovely Faith O'Malley to search for his missing partners and her father's stolen research But in the wilds of nature he encounters a mythical creature whose bite changes everything for their new found love

IS SHE THE HUNTER, OR THE HUNTED...

Faith is on the trail of a legend, and with or without Cameron, she won't be stopped. Until the fatal moment when they both realize they must face their enemies together... or perish apart.

Thoughts: Cameron and Faith separately set out for the wilderness of Maine, both for different reasons. Fate brings them together. But the danger of the wild outdoors and their enemies could tear them apart.

Since I haven't read the books previous to this one, I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy this book. But both the story and the characters pulled me in very early on. For me the brightest point is the character, Cameron MacPherson. I liked the sexy hero right away. Very charming and commanding, and plus he's a lover of urban fantasy. Really what's not to like?

Legend of the White Wolf is a fast paced story with both elements of paranormal and mystery. Passions and danger run high, which makes for an exciting read. One not to be missed. This is the 4th book in Ms. Spear's Werewolf series, but can be read as a stand alone.

Score: 4 Stars
