[Review] - Beauty Dates the Beast

Title: Beauty Dates the Beast
Author: Jessica Sims
Series: Midnight Liaisons
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Release Date: October 25, 2011

I received this book for review from Simon & Schuster.

Summary:  WANTED

Single human female to join charming, wealthy, single male were-cougar for a night of romantic fun—and maybe more.

Me: The tall, sensuous, open-minded leader of my clan.

You: A deliciously curvy virgin who’s intimately familiar with what goes bump in the night. Must not be afraid of a little tail. Prefer a woman who’s open to exploring her animal nature. Interest in nighttime walks through the woods a plus.

My turn-ons include protecting you from the worst the supernatural world has to offer. Ready for an adventure? Give me a call.

Vampires and doppelgangers need not apply.

Thoughts: Bathsheba Ward, is a human who works at Midnight Liaisons. A dating service exclusive to paranormals. When high profile client and were-cougar, Beau Russell gets cancelled on Bath seems to be the only logical replacement -- at least in Beau's eyes.  Bath is constantly trying protect her werewolf sister from the wolf packs, taking this date with Beau could ruin all that they've worked for, but she really has no choice.

I love when there is a great story to go along with a beautiful cover. Captivated by the gorgeous cover, I couldn't wait to read this one. I loved, loved Bathsheba and Beau's story.  Beauty Dates the Beast was a fun and sensual read. Everything I love about paranormal romance was in this book. Beau Russell is absolutely yummy! If you are shapeshifter fan this book is a must read.

Score: 5 Stars

  1. I'm glad you reviewed this one, now that I know it's out there, its going on my list-fast! I loved Beauty and the Beast, and since then I've had a weakness for any books/movies based on the tale. This one sounds right up my alley!

    Enjoy,
