Book Haul [6]

This was a very slow week for me. I only purchased one book, Fifty Shades of Grey. I originally wasn't going to buy it - but curiosity got the best of me. I started reading it on Thursday. I'm almost 200 pages in and so far I'm enjoying it. I don't think I'll do a full review, but for sure I'll post my comments on goodreads.

Make sure to leave your links in the comments to your Book Hauls, IMM, Stacking the Shelves, Goodie Bags etc... and I'll check them out. Happy Saturday!

Bought:
Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James

When literature student Anastasia Steele goes to interview young entrepreneur Christian Grey, she encounters a man who is beautiful, brilliant, and intimidating. The unworldly, innocent Ana is startled to realize she wants this man and, despite his enigmatic reserve, finds she is desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her, too—but on his own terms.

Shocked yet thrilled by Grey’s singular erotic tastes, Ana hesitates. For all the trappings of success—his multinational businesses, his vast wealth, his loving family—Grey is a man tormented by demons and consumed by the need to control. When the couple embarks on a daring, passionately physical affair, Ana discovers Christian Grey’s secrets and explores her own dark desires.

  5. Hi Ladies!

50 Shades has been a great read, at least for me. It's quite addicting. :)

  6. I've read the first two. After reading the second one, I decided I was done with the books. They were ok for me, but that's my own personal thought. :)
