Thoughts: A couple years ago I read The Bite of Silence which I would find out is actually the third book in the series. I'm finally getting around to starting at the beginning of the series. Bite My Fire being the first and it turned out to be an excellent read. Bo & Elena try to resist their attraction to each other, but they burn too hot to stay away. Exciting paranormal elements... Viking vampire anyone? Plus a mystery to solve. Mary Hughes has created a set of characters that charming, sexy and funny. A great combination, at least in my eyes. I'm looking forward reading the rest of the series.
