Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly post started by Breaking the Spine. It is a feature showcases upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
This week I decided to pick something different off my wish list, something I haven't seen much of on the blogs. That would be Anne Elizabeth's graphic novel Pulse of Power. It looks so good.

Thanks for the heads up on this graphic novel. Looks interesting.
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or does Tia kinda sorta look like Anita Blake. I wonder if the same artist did both graphic novels?
Hi Jen,
ReplyDeleteThe may look similar because artist
Brett Booth does both comics. I'm not sure if he's still doing the Anita Blake comic, but he did at the beginning.
Thanks for letting us know that Pulse of Power is going to be a great book.
ReplyDeleteI agree JenD, Tia does kinda sorta look like Anita Blake. I thought at first it was the wrong cover. lol
Anna - Thanks for the info.
ReplyDeleteMissKallie - LOL...I ended up doing a double take myself.
I've never heard of this but the art reminded me of Marvel Anita Blake too. So now I know the artist's name! I looked it up and he's still doing them too.
ReplyDeleteIt does look good Anna and I LOVE the cover art..
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
