Thoughts: I'm a big fan of the Bridgertons series, I was hooked from the first pages of The Duke and I. I have been waiting patiently (okay maybe not patiently) for this one to come out. Going into the book, I thought this was gonna deal with one of the Bridgertons children. But no Ms. Quinn went back a bit to 1779, telling the story about Billie Bridgerton, The Bridgerton's aunt. I was absolutely entranced once again and can't wait to read more. This book has everything I love about the Bridgertons series and it is also fresh and new. A must read.
If you're worried about reading all the Bridgerton books to get to this one (all though I highly recommend them. Great series) don't be. Because of Miss Bridgerton can be read as a stand alone.
